The demand was to design rooms for the staff of a big hotel in Skiathos. The site is next to a beautiful lake in Koukounaries of Skiathos.

The solution is inspired by lake traditional architecture and Skiathos architecture.

But most importantly we made a proposal focused on creating a common space for the staff. A place to meet after work, discuss, and hang-out. At the same time, each room can have some privacy.

The rooms are small apartments as autonomous as possible, offering good living conditions to spend all the summer there.

All the construction would be of natural materials as wood and stone, while the energetic consumption would be minimal.
