The clients asked was for a large family house of doctors.
The plot was positioned with the sun and the view in opposite directions, while the size of the plot wouldn’t allow an access to the view to all houses’ spaces.
The project came to respond to those problems by giving a priority to the view to the main living spaces, that are crossed by a deck from both sides that multiply the open spaces in the side. The stone wall creates a back to the sitting area and privacy to the swimmingpool.
The surface of the wall at the stairs with the glass will work as a heater for the house in winter while it’s shading will protect it in summer.
All rooms have cross ventilation, and sun from the south. The rooftops that don’t have rooftiles will have green roofs for better insulation.
